I'm still skeptical about this "help".

I got the e-mail back. The woman got the same readings that I did. Looks like I'm going to have to search out some sort of help.

I shouldn't be afraid to go to sleep.

The trouble is, that after the dream before this one, I had resolved to not think of it anymore. Not to worry about it, but once I had resolved to not think about it, it happened again.
